Summary
The Relationship Management Associate will support the existing CMF portfolio of clients as well as assist with deal flow, documentation, tracking and reporting on the pipeline of new and renewal credit facilities within the group. You will work collaboratively with the group’s RM Team Lead, other Banker/RMs, Portfolio Managers and various internal colleagues to support current and prospective client relationship growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or industry equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience in commercial lending
- 2+ years’ commercial lending or mortgage industry experience (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating strong organization and project management skills
- Demonstrated high motivation level and goal orientation
- Ability to work independently, asking for guidance as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exempt Status
