Responsibilities
- Cook up and document minutes from Board and committee meetings.
- Handle contract execution, filing, and administration for the Legal Department.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Legal team attorneys.
Requirements
- Quickly process and organize meeting information.
- Show attention to detail.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- An education background in law, criminal justice, or governance is a plus.

CFSB is a federal savings bank dedicated to fintech and payments innovation. We seek a candidate eager to engage with our unique corporate governance and contractual matters. Reporting to a US attorney and indirectly to the Bank’s General Counsel, this role involves assisting with board and committee meetings, contract management, and other administrative tasks. The position requires strong transcription skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
