Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Maine
- Admission to Maine State Bar is required
- Demonstrated ability to draft and edit contracts and other legal documents, as well as policies and recommendations
Qualifications
Completion of a three-year post Baccalaureate education program with knowledge of the practice of law required.

About the Role
The Associate Corporate Counsel role is a professional staff attorney assisting the MaineHeaIth Associate General Counsel and other supervising attorneys. The general job responsibility is to provide certain categories of legal services to MaineHeaIth members; in particular, managing claims and litigation; functioning as a subject matter expert in labor and employment law and other areas as assigned; performing legal research; and reviewing and drafting agreements. The Associate Corporate Counsel will also perform other assignments made by the Associate General Counsel or other supervising attorneys.
