Associate Consultant (Technology Recruitment & Sales)

Talent Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Identify and engage top technology professionals across software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and data
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conduct candidate qualification calls and assess technical and professional fit
• Manage interview processes and support offer negotiations

Business Development & Sales

• Research target companies and identify hiring decision-makers
• Generate leads and support new business development initiatives
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Participate in client meetings and learn consultative sales techniques
• Help grow existing client relationships and identify new hiring opportunities

Market Intelligence

• Develop expertise within the technology hiring market
• Track industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement
• Become a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Strong interest in sales, business development, recruiting, or entrepreneurship
• Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with professionals and executives
• Resilient, resourceful, and willing to learn
