About the role

Quantum Technology Recruiting is seeking recent graduates for an entry-level position as an Associate Consultant. This role combines elements of sales, business development, recruiting, and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent and build relationships

• Manage a client portfolio
• Work alongside experienced consultants
• Receive hands-on training in business development, candidate engagement, negotiation, and account management

• Recent graduates with a strong interest in sales, business development, recruiting, or entrepreneurship
• Highly motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field (optional)
• Experience in sales, business development, or recruiting preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

CAD50,000 - CAD60,000/annum
