Your Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business (number of accounts dependent on other responsibilities and factors) with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
- Create client deliverables and written recommendations
- Adhere to established peer review requirements, remaining open to constructive feedback
- Present client deliverables, as needed, to the core team and/or client with leadership supervision
- Support new practice initiatives
- Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team)
- Be seen as a Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients
- Handle minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals
- Act as first line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims, and/or clinical matters, with the ability to discern further escalation to Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent (3-5 years of client services experience is required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within the brokerage industry
- Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
- Able to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Able to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Able to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
