About the role
Associate Consultants at Semler Brossy are the research and data analysis leads of our client service teams. They are skilled in solving problems with a clear and logical approach, executing data analysis, and sharing insights from analyses in written and verbal formats. Associates work on multiple client engagements simultaneously, managing various workstreams to ensure timely and effective delivery of high-quality work for clients.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in compensation consulting, financial services, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or SAS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience working in a team environment
