The Associate Compliance Analyst role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Compliance Program while working alongside professionals from Internal Audit, Accounting Controls, System Security, Cyber Security, and other business teams. [Ass Comp A...Job Descr | PDF] Reporting to the Manager, ISC Compliance and Support Services, this position helps ensure company policies, procedures, and internal controls remain current, effective, and well-documented. The role provides exposure to compliance monitoring, internal controls, audit support, policy management, and cross-functional business processes, making it an excellent entry point for recent graduates interested in building a career in compliance and corporate governance. What You'll Do Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISC policies, procedures, standards, and job aids.Manage and update compliance-related information within SharePoint, eWeb, and other document management systems.Participate in quarterly compliance reviews and monitoring activities to help ensure adherence to company policies and controls.Assist with SOX roll-forward testing and documentation activities.Help prepare reports, presentations, and compliance metrics for management and leadership teams.Organize and maintain compliance documentation, records, and supporting evidence.Support audit and assessment activities by gathering information and coordinating responses to requests.Assist with the development of compliance communications, training materials, and awareness initiatives.Collaborate with Accounting Controls, Internal Audit, System Security, Cyber Security, Legal, and business teams on compliance-related projects and initiatives.Contribute ideas for improving processes, documentation, and information management practices.Support special projects that provide exposure to a variety of compliance, governance, and operational topics. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.Interest in learning about compliance, internal controls, auditing, governance, or risk management.Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across multiple business functions.
