Associate (Complex Litigation)

About the role

Join a fast-paced Class Action practice representing plaintiffs in high-impact suits against sophisticated, well-resourced defendants, with a strong track record of major settlements and verdicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of federal and state class action matters involving consumer protection, unfair business practices, and privacy statutes
• Handle all phases of litigation — pleadings, motions, class certification, and summary judgment briefing
• Take depositions, argue in court, and collaborate with experts and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Lead written discovery (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs) and oversee e-discovery/document review

Requirements

• 3-5+ years litigation experience required
• Active CA Bar preferred

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Experience with complex litigation and class action procedures
