About the Role

The Associate Community Manager will assist the Community Managers with multiple administrative responsibilities and duties at our 1075 Market Street, San Francisco, CA location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
  • Directly assist the Community Manager with community-related tasks.
  • Assemble board packets, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes, and mailing when applicable.
  • Update association portals, including but not limited to current documents, board member names and positions, community calendar, posting minutes, and sending email blasts.
  • Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Create monthly newsletters.
  • Assist with the architectural application process.
  • Create work orders for the appropriate vendor, follow up on the status of work orders, and update system notes as necessary.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Extraordinary customer service skills.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor.
  • Prior experience in HOA or luxury high-rise management is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent computer abilities to navigate care systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic data-entry and typing skills.
  • Basic mathematical abilities.
  • Stable employment record with regular, predictable attendance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a respectful and positive manner.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours per week).
