Associate, Client Success
About the role
The Associate, Client Success plays a key role in supporting the coordination and management of client relationships across a dynamic portfolio of accounts. This role involves partnering closely with Account Executives, Client Services, Billing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and a high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of client projects by coordinating internal workflows and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate, real-time project status updates and communicate progress effectively across teams
- Contribute to the execution of data-driven direct marketing campaigns, including preparation of client and conference materials
- Analyze large data sets to produce clear, concise reporting that supports Account Executive strategies
- Track program performance and generate consolidated reports to measure campaign effectiveness
- Support financial processes by researching and reconciling billing, invoicing, and shipping-related data
- Build strong working relationships across teams, including management, clients, and cross-functional partners
- Provide back-up support to Account Executives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 0–1 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
