Associate Chiropractor

About the role

The primary objective of a Chiropractic Physician at Accident Care Chiropractic is to provide our patients with the best possible experience and care, in an effort to ensure a swift and enjoyable recovery. Doctors are required to keep consistent, up-to-date documentation of patient encounters while assisting in their recovery and management of their injuries. Doctors at our clinics take an integrative medicine approach, co-managing care with other specialists as needed.

Responsibilities

• Consistent and proper documentation for each patient encounter
• Coordination of care and referrals outside of Accident Care Chiropractic as necessary
• Communication with patients throughout care to educate them on their injuries and further steps required to achieve resolution of their complaints
• Take X-rays as needed when injuries dictate
• Keep up to date on the status of the patient
• Working with the CAs and other staff to ensure proper guidance of care and direction
• Consistency in attendance and a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid DC license in the associated state (Oregon)
• No prior experience is required

Qualifications

• Ability to be a team player and cooperate well with other physicians and ancillary staff
• Self-starter with a good sense of organization
• Coachable
• Consistent and hard-working
• Desire to grow as a physician

Skills

Helpful but not required:

• Prior experience or a degree in sports sciences
• Experience in whiplash trauma and/or biomechanics

Pay

$80,000 minimum base salary + profit share opportunity
