Associate Chief Financial Officer
About the role
Homeland Talent Solutions has partnered with our client, a respected community hospital within a nationally recognized health system, to identify an Associate Chief Financial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished healthcare finance leader who has built a strong foundation in hospital finance and is ready to take the next step toward executive leadership. Designed as a true leadership development role, the Associate Chief Financial Officer position provides direct mentorship from an experienced Market CFO, increasing executive responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the financial strategy of a thriving hospital. Whether you're currently a Hospital Controller, Director of Finance, Accounting Director, Assistant Controller, or another healthcare finance leader with progressive experience, this role offers a unique opportunity to elevate your career while making a meaningful impact on an organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. If you've been looking for an organization that is willing to invest in your long-term executive growth, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
