About the role
Provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff across all faiths and beliefs.
Guide ethical and value-based care decisions, ensuring respect for each person’s dignity and spiritual needs.
Develop and document pastoral care programs and initiatives that support patient, staff, and community well-being.
Responsibilities

- Guide ethical and value-based care decisions, ensuring respect for each person’s dignity and spiritual needs.
- Develop and document pastoral care programs and initiatives that support patient, staff, and community well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred.
- 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required.
- 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.
- 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
