About the Program
From day one, you'll collaborate with global clients and contribute to projects that help organizations solve their toughest challenges across digital transformation, cloud strategy, AI adoption, and process redesign—working alongside a global cohort of diverse, ambitious peers. Responsibilities
- Learn and encourage the use of the IBM Technology & Red Hat portfolio of software in the AI, Data, Automation, or Cloud space.
- Project business values of a solution in client-relevant terms and drive adoption of the KPI impact with key client stakeholders.
- Develop communications tailored to specific audiences while working in an agile, collaborative environment.
- Use IBM's Design Thinking to help solve clients' challenges and analyze data to support conclusions and strategies.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, providing clients with actionable insights to enhance marketing, operational, and business practices.
- Client Collaboration: Work with project teams to prioritize and translate client requirements and define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans, and solutions). Collaborate with clients and architects to ensure proper translation of business requirements to solution requirements. Determine and present the best use cases for IBM Technology and Red Hat solutions to meet client requirements.
- Presentation of Insights: Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely, demonstrating the value of data-driven decision-making to clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business problems, utilizing your data expertise to drive innovative solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the modern data stack, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team.
- Work with clients to advocate business process transformation, analyze the application portfolio across ecosystems to understand opportunities to engage IBM’s Automation, AI/Data, and Red Hat solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
- Apply a problem-solving mindset with the ability to ask questions, seek to understand, and recommend solutions.

- Willingness to travel 100%, based on project requirements.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, MIS, Engineering) or related fields.
- A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view, using strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands, ideally in key business areas such as Operations/Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
