Position Summary
The Business Systems Analyst - USON supports the reporting and operational needs of the Central Business Office by producing standardized and ad hoc system reports and providing foundational business systems support. The role partners with Finance, Business Office leadership, and physician practices to deliver accurate reporting used for operational monitoring and decision-making. This position operates under general supervision and follows established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate month-end reports from business systems (e.g., Winterm, Impac, Medic) in support of Central Business Office operations.
- Produce routine and recurring reports used by management to support planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
- Provide reports and basic analysis to support monitoring of accounts receivable, payments, adjustments, and related operational metrics.
- Develop and produce ad hoc reports for physicians and sites of service based on defined requirements.
- Partner with Finance to develop ad hoc reports related to gross charges and other financial data.
- Provide foundational business systems support for the Central Business Office, including basic computer setup and troubleshooting as needed.
- Cook up day-to-day activities of business office support staff, as assigned.
- Document work and follow standard operating procedures to support consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Associate or Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience: Required: 0-2+ years of experience in a medical business office, healthcare operations, or information systems support role. Experience generating and supporting operational and financial reports. Basic working knowledge of business systems and reporting tools.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Healthcare revenue cycle or medical business office experience. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to follow established processes and work instructions. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage routine deliverables with minimal supervision.

- Salary: Min 28.78-Mid 38.37-Max 47.96 USD Hourly with 5% MIP
