Associate Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and help translate customer needs into software solutions
• Affiliate with software configuration activities to support customer implementations
• Support testing efforts, including creating and executing test cases
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Help answer customer functional questions and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with global team members during design, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Maintain project documentation and track tasks using project management tools

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and draw logical conclusions
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
• Eagerness to learn new tools and concepts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

We strongly prefer candidates who are local to the Philadelphia area and can collaborate in our office 2 to 3 days per week.
