Associate Business Advisor | Business Broker
About the Role
This is an entry-level sales and support role designed for professionals launching a career in business brokerage and M&A advisory. Associates work closely with a Director and Buyer Coordinator to support valuation, marketing, and client service efforts. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real deals while building foundational sales and advisory skills.
This is a commission-only, independent contractor (1099) position, ideal for individuals looking to build their own income-generating practice in a high-growth industry.
Compensation

- Associate Business Advisor: Learn the business, support deals, and grow into an advisor within 12–18 months.
- Business Advisor: Source and close your own deals with the support of a Director and Buyer Coordinator.
- Senior Business Advisor: Work independently, close larger transactions ($1M–$5M), and generate $500K+ in fee income.
- Director: Lead a team, coach advisors, and drive strategic growth.
