About the role

The Bronx Associate Regional Director supports the Regional Director in overseeing the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct social work services, including crisis intervention, individual, family, and group counseling, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Completes relevant documents, psychosocial evaluations, and treatment/shared care plans.
  • Develops and maintains resources and records in assigned practices.
  • Participates in departmental quality assurance efforts under the supervision of the Vice President of Psychosocial Services, distributing relevant information to staff, patients, and students.
  • Supervises clinical and on-site supervision for Psychosocial Services staff and students.
  • Analyzes and evaluates the quantitative and qualitative performance of supervisees and completes probationary and annual performance evaluations for staff within expected time frames.
  • Oversees the orientation and training of new staff.
  • Assists the Regional Director with other activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments at any time.
  • Generates, interprets, and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Provides advanced clinical supervision to interns and staff.
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a multi-site ambulatory care setting.
  • Bi-lingual, fluency in Spanish, preferred.

Education/Licenses Required

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • NYS licensure as a LCSW.
