About the role
The Bronx Associate Regional Director supports the Regional Director in overseeing the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct social work services, including crisis intervention, individual, family, and group counseling, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Completes relevant documents, psychosocial evaluations, and treatment/shared care plans.
- Develops and maintains resources and records in assigned practices.
- Participates in departmental quality assurance efforts under the supervision of the Vice President of Psychosocial Services, distributing relevant information to staff, patients, and students.
- Supervises clinical and on-site supervision for Psychosocial Services staff and students.
- Analyzes and evaluates the quantitative and qualitative performance of supervisees and completes probationary and annual performance evaluations for staff within expected time frames.
- Oversees the orientation and training of new staff.
- Assists the Regional Director with other activities as required.
Qualifications
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments at any time.
- Generates, interprets, and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Provides advanced clinical supervision to interns and staff.
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a multi-site ambulatory care setting.
- Bi-lingual, fluency in Spanish, preferred.
Education/Licenses Required
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
- NYS licensure as a LCSW.
