Who You Are & What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of priority innovation platforms for Hellmann’s/BestFoods, from initial insight through commercialization
  • Partner with Global counterparts and US cross-functional teams to advance market-making projects, represent US market needs and support the US as a lead design market
  • Analyze consumer, category, customer and business performance data to identify insights, size opportunities and inform new product development and portfolio recommendations
  • Build compelling, fact-based sell stories and presentations that drive internal alignment and support customer-facing storytelling
  • Cross-coordinate cross-functional partners across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, CMI, Customer Development and agencies; maintain clear workplans, decisions, risks and next steps to deliver projects on time and in full
  • Own day-to-day operational management of innovation projects, including timelines, budgets, forecasts, business cases, stage-gate materials, launch readiness tracking and post-launch performance reporting

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • BA with 3+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Innovation, Insights, Customer Development or a related commercial role; MBA a plus
  • Passion for food and innovation, with competitive drive and curiosity rooted in food culture
  • Consumer-centric thinker with strong interest in consumer trends, insights, product quality and category dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and action plans
  • Balances art and science: brings creative thinking while maintaining a practical, fact-based business mindset
  • Highly organized and action oriented, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and project management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional partners, build clear presentations and advance work through ambiguity

Pay

The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
