About The Role

The Associate Brand Manager, Advil drives brand performance through data-driven analytics, strong cross-functional collaboration, and flawless marketing execution. This role analyzes business and KPI trends to identify growth opportunities, leads organic and influencer social acceleration, and heavily supports performance enablement and media strategy. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in-office, based in Warren, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Management & Analytics
    • Analyze business performance to uncover drivers and drainers, recommending actions to strengthen brand health and consumption short-term and long-term.
    • Report on consumption, share, equity, media, and digital performance.
  • Social Acceleration
    • Co-lead the development and execution of Advil's organic social strategy from the ground up, establishing an accelerated, always-on social presence that drives brand relevance, engagement, and growth.
    • Lead end-to-end social content development, from strategic briefing and creative ideation through production, deployment, optimization, and performance analysis.
    • Partner with a high volume of creators and influencers to develop authentic, platform-native content that amplifies brand storytelling, expands reach, and drives engagement.
    • Bring deep expertise across emerging and established social platforms, leveraging audience insights, cultural trends, and best practices to maximize content effectiveness and platform performance.
    • Establish measurement frameworks and performance KPIs, using analytics and social listening insights to continuously optimize content, community management, and influencer strategies.
  • Performance Enablement & Reporting
    • Partner closely with the Performance Enablement team to develop, test, and scale high-impact brand growth opportunities, leveraging an agile test-and-learn approach to optimize investment and maximize ROI.
    • Lead ongoing assessment of campaign and channel performance, providing actionable recommendations to optimize media allocation, creative effectiveness, and investment efficiency.
    • Support always-on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) reviews and ROI tracking, ensuring insights are integrated into planning processes and investment decisions to strengthen brand performance.
    • Monitor and manage the brand's ROI glide path, partnering cross-functionally to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver continuous improvement against financial and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role with familiarity with market insight systems (e.g., IRI/Nielsen/Numerator), digital analytics, social listening, and performance media dashboards.
    • Experience executing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
    • Experience driving and leading a marketing project.
    • Must be data-driven with the ability to identify patterns, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and propose solutions rather than waiting for direction.
    • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and track progress carefully.
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and adapt to different audiences.
    • Must be comfortable navigating evolving digital tools, platforms, and content requirements.
    • Actively seeks consumer insights and incorporates them into decisions; understands how consumers shop, behave online, and perceive brands.
    • Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills
    • Experience preferably in CPG.
    • Executing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
    • Experience working with creative, media, and shopper agencies.
    • Experience leading a consumer-focused project (e.g., Innovation project, Marketing Campaign).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $115,765 - $155,706 plus an annual bonus.

Schedule

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
