Associate Boomi Developer

This is a contract opportunity. You will be employed by Magnit to work on assignment with GuideWell and subsidiary companies including Florida Blue. This is a possible Contract-to-Hire role. Essential Functions In this role, you will work with clients to understand business requirements, gather information about various source systems, and build the actual integrations which connects their data sources together. As an integration’s developer, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment to manage competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and deliver high quality work. This position is responsible for analysis, design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) applications for internal company use and for clients. In addition, this position will take on the responsibility for: Advise on architectural strategies and best practice approaches.Own the Boomi development process from requirements gathering to full implementationProvide regular updates of project progress and outstanding issues.Participate in the design and planning of projects in conjunction with the external partners, other IT, and business users.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with Boomi integrationsCollaborate with development team to architect efficient and stable production integrationsDocument and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applicationsCommunicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business usersEstablish strong business partnerships through direct involvement in solution consulting, technical design and business engagementsPersonal and Team DevelopmentContribute to team development through support and collaboration with remote team members.
