Associate Billing Analyst
Analytical Skills
Analyze billing systems to identify and implement ongoing performance improvements at both user and system levels
Assist in developing software requirements and document user methods and procedures for Spectrum’s billing operations
Respond to requests through Change Request Management, Issue Management and on-site support to resolve user needs
Train and assist system users to ensure effective system utilization
Collaborate with Billing Representatives on backlog processing and process measurement while providing lockbox tape support as needed
Contribute to project scheduling, workload monitoring and status reporting to maintain project momentum
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2+ years supporting, testing and documenting various information technology systems

- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Demonstrated judgment and initiative in accomplishing tasks
- Knowledge of industry requirements supporting cable, data and telephony billing
- In-depth knowledge of systems utilized by the cable or telecommunications industry for billing, customer service and accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

The position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week
