About the role

The Associate, Before/Afterschool Enrichment Program is responsible for providing support to the enrichment programs during school hours and after school hours. This position works part-time only.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of enrichment activities and programs
• Assist in managing student behavior and classroom management
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the success of the enrichment programs

Requirements

• High School Diploma

• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
