This role is responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships, and performing Teller duties. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support. Some Associate Bankers are assigned as Area Associate Bankers, supporting multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities
- Open new accounts and perform deposit account maintenance.
- Respond to customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Ensure required forms are completed accurately and customers understand account terms and conditions.
- Provide basic information on consumer loan products and refer potential customers to appropriate individuals.
- Recognize additional customer opportunities and act on them.
- Perform office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs.
- Achieve referral and point goals as required at the branch level.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform Teller duties as part of the role.
- Ability to work in a sales-focused environment with a minimum of 50% of activities dedicated to sales and sales support.
- Willingness to support multiple branch locations if assigned as an Area Associate Banker.
Pay
Starting at $19/hour plus pay based on experience.
