About the role
As an Associate Banker in a Chase Branch, you will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions and introducing them to our team of experts—helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service: greet clients as they enter the branch, make them feel appreciated, manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate clients on self-service technology options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them bank whenever, wherever, and however they want.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions—introducing them to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Provide support and coverage to multiple branch locations; local travel required.
Requirements
- 6 months of Associate Banker experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of Associate Banker experience.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
