Associate Banker, 30 Hours, Northwest Austin/Cedar Park, TX Area - Multiple Locations
About the role
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly, attentive service. You will contribute to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day‑to‑day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with other branch team members.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.

Compensation
We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes a base salary determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in cash and/or forfeitable equity, in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
