What You’ll Do
- Work alongside a team of audience and cultural marketing teams to develop B2B marketing initiatives.
- Elevate diverse audiences (Hispanic/Latinx, Black/African American, AAPI, Gen Z, Parents, LGBTQ+) and their connections and experiences with audio.
What You’ll Need
- Must be a recent graduate from an accredited HBCU (Within the last 2 years, or expected to graduate by June 2026).
- Entry-level/past experience through internships/employment where you worked in a highly cross-functional team environment.
- Seeking/have a degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Seeking a career in digital advertising or marketing.
- Interest in mobile apps, streaming audio, podcasting, and other forms of audio-entertainment content.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Office Suite.
- Strong interest in cultural trends, music, art, and entertainment.
- Enthusiasm for working with data and deriving meaningful insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Requirements and Duties
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is in the range of $53,100 to $70,675 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
