Associate Attorneys

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on litigation strategy

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school (Required)
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar (Required)
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense (Required)
• Strong written, analytical, and organizational skills (Required)
• Able to work independently and within a team environment (Required)
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail (Required)
