Associate Attorney, Workers Compensation

Remote position; must live and work in California. Hosted by Christina Finster. Our client is a growing California Workers' Compensation Defense Firm with over 12 offices throughout California, hiring remote attorneys who live and work somewhere in California.

Pay

Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience
• Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (but not required)
• Experience with Depos
• Understanding confidentiality requirements
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
