- Perform legal analysis on new and existing claims
- Investigate cases
- Review and analyze medical records
- Develop case strategy
- Respond to discovery
- Draft motions
- Take depositions
- Attend hearings
- Attend mediations
- Negotiate settlements
Building Relationships
- Create and submit reports required by the client
- Support the position of the client with motions and briefs
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of the client
