Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to support the litigation team in managing cases from filing through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to develop strong litigation skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, gaining hands-on experience in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Responsibilities Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the litigation processDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documentsSupport depositions, including preparation of materials and summariesConduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda and briefsAssist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trialCommunicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervisionMaintain organized case files and track deadlines Requirements Active member of the California State Bar in good standing1-5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsExposure to discovery, motion practice, or depositionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCollaborative and eager to learn Salary Range: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year + Commission West Coast Trial Lawyers offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays, along with firm-sponsored team lunches.
