Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury Location: Hybrid-Remote (San Diego, CA 92130) About the Role: Seeking Litigation Attorney with 1-6+ years of experience to handle tort/personal injury defense and complex liability matters for a hard-working, fast-paced, AV-rated law firm. Self-starting, solid work ethic candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation required, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery and motions. Candidate should have experience taking percipient/party/expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings. Excellent research and writing skills are required. Key Responsibilities: Manage and represent clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trialDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documentsParticipate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrationsCollaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trialsProvide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State Bar1-6+ years of experience in relevant legal experienceExceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $110,000 - $185,000+, commensurate with experience We also offer bonus opportunities, generous benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) with company match, and a great work atmosphere.
