Associate Attorney - NY

About the role

LOGS Legal Group LLP is a leading creditors' rights law firm with over 50 years of experience. The firm is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join its New York Litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
• Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• PREFERRED: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Pay

$85,000 - $100,000 (range based on qualifications and experience)
