ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - NEBRASKA

About the role

Messerli Kramer, a trusted Twin Cities law firm since 1965, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team working fully remote in Nebraska. This position focuses on a consumer collection litigation practice and represents national creditors in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Ohio, and Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload effectively
• Participate in rigorous pleading reviews as part of a team
• Represent creditor clients throughout the state

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
