Associate Attorney – Medical Malpractice Litigation
About the role
The Denver, Colorado office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Medical Malpractice Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their litigation practice while working alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of case strategy and development
- Gain meaningful courtroom and litigation experience
- Build strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or complex civil litigation
- Active member in good standing of the Colorado Bar
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Qualifications
- Passionate about developing a litigation practice
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment
- Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced litigation cases

Benefits
