We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Given: Application Deadline: 16 October 2026 Department: Legal - Attorney Location: Remote Compensation: $90,000 / year Description: We are a consumer protection law firm located in the Financial District of New York City, providing representation to consumers who have been harassed or otherwise deceived by creditors and debt collectors. With our growing firm, we offer you the opportunity to develop your career in a practice that is rich in variety and challenges. If you desire to work with other talented people who share a passion for professionalism and growth, then a career with us may be a perfect fit for you! Associate Attorney We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our firm's practice in Louisiana. The ideal candidate is one who has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters. Because our firm’s headquarters are in New York, this position entails communicating with our main office exclusively via telephone and electronic means (e-mail, Microsoft Teams, etc.). Candidates should be within commutable distance or currently located in Louisiana to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in Louisiana Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters. Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc. Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims. Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law. While this role is based from home, you may be required to travel for in court appearances. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Must be currently admitted to practice law in Louisiana Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines Exceptional written and oral communication skills Highest ethical standards and professional integrity Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus Benefits Compensation is competitive and commensurate with expertise and previous experience Training & Guidance Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 401K Benefits with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) An incredible team of smart and supportive people! This Firm participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm authorization to work in the United States. **After applying, you should receive an automatic confirmation email that your application was received. Please make sure to check your spam folder and/or whitelist Pinpoint as a sender. ** We need to remove boilerplate: application instructions (the last paragraph about confirmation email). Also remove duplicated lines? Not many duplicates. We need to preserve all substantive info: description, responsibilities, skills, benefits, compensation, location, department, deadline? The instructions say: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include metadata like Application Deadline, Department, Location, Compensation in a short paragraph perhaps under an "About the role" heading? Or we could have a short

containing that info. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have sections: About the role (maybe includes description, location, department, deadline). Responsibilities (list). Skills (list). Benefits (list). Pay? The posting includes Compensation: $90,000 / year. Also Benefits section says "Compensation is competitive and commensurate with expertise and previous experience". That's vague; we should not create a Pay section if it's just "commensurate with experience" (filler). However we have a specific compensation figure: $90,000 / year. That is substantive. So we should include a Pay section with that figure. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state compensation: $90,000 / year. So we can have a Pay section with that. Benefits: they list specific benefits: Training & Guidance, Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits, 401K Benefits with Employer Match, Paid Time Off (PTO), An incredible team of smart and supportive people! Also E-Verify statement. Those are substantive. So we can have Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. Requirements/Qualifications: The Skills, Knowledge and Expertise section includes requirements: admitted to practice law in Louisiana, minimum 1 year experience, etc. Could be considered Requirements or Qualifications. We have a Skills section already. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Skills and Requirements into one section titled "Skills & Requirements" or just "Skills". But they gave examples: Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Responsibilities, About the role, Requirements, Qualifications. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills & Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Or we could separate Skills and Requirements but that may be thin. Better to combine. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

      for prose. Thus:

      About the role

We are a consumer protection law firm located in the Financial District of New York City, providing representation to consumers who have been harassed or otherwise deceived by creditors and debt collectors. With our growing firm, we offer you the opportunity to develop your career in a practice that is rich in variety and challenges. If you desire to work with other talented people who share a passion for professionalism and growth, then a career with us may be a perfect fit for you!

      Department: Legal - Attorney

      Location: Remote

      Application Deadline: 16 October 2026

But we need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Already not. We could also include compensation in About the role? But we have separate Pay section. Better: About the role includes description, department, location, deadline. Then Responsibilities: list. Then Skills & Requirements: list (maybe combine Skills and Requirements). Use
      • . Then Benefits: list. Then Pay:

        $90,000 per year

maybe. We must not include filler like "Compensation is competitive and commensurate with expertise and previous experience" because that's vague/filler. But we have actual number $90,000/year. So we should include that. The Benefits section also includes that line; we should omit that line as filler. So we will not include that line in Benefits. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the bullet points exactly as given, but we can format as list items. Let's extract responsibilities list: - Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in Louisiana - Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters. - Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc. - Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims. - Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law. - While this role is based from home, you may be required to travel for in court appearances. Note: The last bullet includes "While this role is based from home, you may be required to travel for in court appearances." Keep. Skills list: - Must be currently admitted to practice law in Louisiana - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm - Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines - Exceptional written and oral communication skills - Highest ethical standards and professional integrity - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization - Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus Benefits list (substantive): - Training & Guidance - Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits - 401K Benefits with Employer Match - Paid Time Off (PTO) - An incredible team of smart and supportive people! - This Firm participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm authorization to work in the United States. We should keep the E-Verify line as is. Now Pay: $90,000 / year. We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like the application confirmation email. Remove that. Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. Now produce HTML fragment. We must not include markdown code fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft:
