Associate Attorney - Local Government/Land Use

Mason, Griffin & Pierson, P.C. since 1955, is a Princeton law firm seeking an experienced attorney with 3-5 years of experience in local government land use.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on local government land use matters
• Advise clients on zoning, subdivision, and other land use regulations
• Prepare and review documents related to land use applications
• Represent clients before municipal boards and commissions

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New Jersey

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in land use
• 3 years of experience in legal counsel
• 3 years of experience in local government

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
