Associate Attorney - Litigation

Location: Denver, Colorado. Compensation: $125,000–$185,000. Work arrangement: 100% onsite. Candidate location: Denver-local candidates only; no relocation. Visa type: USC or GC only. Engagement restriction: No C2C. Hiring timeline: Immediate interviews and same-day application review.

About the role

We’re seeking a litigation attorney to investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims. The practice includes personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
• Handle litigation involving personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
• Attend court hearings.
• Conduct examinations under oath.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar membership — mandatory.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm.
• Currently local to Denver.
• Ability to work fully onsite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or insurance coverage.
