Associate Attorney | Litigation

About the role

Nossaman LLP is seeking a litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our industry-leading Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group in our Orange County, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Sacramento offices.

Requirements

• Admission to the State Bar of California is required
• Outstanding research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and work well as part of a team

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Experience drafting pleadings, preparing discovery and reviewing title documents is preferred

Pay

• Salary range: $195,000 to $220,000 annually (actual compensation depends on qualifications and experience)
• Annual bonus of 15% of base compensation upon meeting the 1,850 annual billable hours expectation (includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
