Associate Attorney Litigation

About the role

Excellent career opportunity for a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of construction or commercial litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Prepare legal memoranda.
• Assist with drafting pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other legal filings.
• Draft and respond to discovery demands.
• Maintain client relationships and provide strong communication and interpersonal support.
• Appear at court conferences and hearings (preferred).

Requirements

• 2–6 years of litigation experience in construction or commercial matters.
• Significant experience with complex commercial litigation.
• Expertise in complex brief writing.
• Proficiency with electronic discovery.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Ability to prepare legal memoranda and assist in drafting pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and discovery demands.
• Admission to the New York Bar.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
