This role focuses on handling a diverse range of insurance litigation cases, from initial strategy to resolution. A fully remote work option is available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your own caseload while collaborating closely with senior attorneys to craft winning litigation strategies.
• Offer significant client interaction, honing your legal skills across various complex cases.
• Experience with transportation defense is a welcome bonus but not required.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least one year of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance-related cases or general liability.
• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
