Responsibilities

• Manage client matters from intake through resolution
• Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel
• Handle cases involving debt collection, financial hardship, or tenant rights
• Use the firm's Salesforce-based system to track progress and manage communications
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and administrative staff

Requirements

• Active Nevada Bar license and good standing
• Nevada residency
• 1-2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

Qualifications

• Background in consumer law, financial disputes, or personal injury is a plus
• Committed to a full-time role
• Passionate about helping underserved or vulnerable populations
