We have exciting opportunities for Finance associates to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Dallas office. Responsibilities
- Draft loan documents and manage loan transactions
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously
Requirements
- 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
- J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials
- Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the Texas jurisdiction
