About You
- 2-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
- Experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
- Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously
- J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials
- Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois)
