Qualifications

• 2-4 years of qualified benefits and executive compensation experience
• Qualified benefits experience and executive compensation/409A experience in transactional setting
• Experience drafting employment agreements, equity award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and can work effectively as part of a team and independently
• J.D. degree and strong academic credentials
• Admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in relevant jurisdiction (Illinois, California, Washington D.C., or New York)
