IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
- Report to the Head of the Employment Department.
- Work from our Los Angeles or San Francisco office.
- Have varied activities including multiple, simultaneous projects that offer learning opportunities.
- Use your expertise-based problem-solving skills to offer innovative solutions.
- Be required to have a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy.
- Advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues and deliver practical, plain English advice.
- Draft, review, and revise demand letters, complaints, and motion papers in employment-related disputes.
- Aid with all substantive aspects of employment disputes, including agency submissions, drafting discovery requests and responses, and preparing for depositions.
- Draft and update contracts, handbooks, and other employment-related agreements and help clients implement compliant workplace practices.
- Lead by example: with your work ethic, your drive for success, and positive attitude.
- Be involved in client development, marketing, and the growth of the firm.

PAY:
Total Compensation – $120,000 – $170,000 (based on experience and performance).
