Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation Defense

About the role

This person in this role will report directly to a partner and, depending on experience, will likely be the primary handling attorney on cases. He/she will handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and updates to clients. Preparing for and participating in trials is also a possibility.

$130,000 - $185,000 per year, plus a generous bonus program based on billing metrics.
