Associate Attorney – Civil Defense Litigation

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters throughout Oklahoma.
- Conduct court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
- Conduct client and witness interviews.
- Assist with case strategy, legal research, and trial preparation.
- Handle matters filed in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, as well as Oklahoma state courts.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Manage multiple active cases and litigation deadlines.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines.
- Experience with civil defense, insurance defense, employment claims, civil rights, or constitutional law is a plus.
