We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team and represent clients in civil litigation cases.

Responsibilities

  • Litigate civil cases from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other resources
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other proceedings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws
  • Proficient in legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Florida Bar License (Preferred)
